Aisha Jamila Hinds is a famous American actress. She is known for her roles in the the TV show The Shield, and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003 she has demonstrated her range in acting providing outstanding performances on television series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1--8-7 and Under the Dome. In 2005, she was noticed initially for her role as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 But it was her role as women's rights campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer on the film biographical All the Way that finally earned her acclaim as an actress. Hind was also praised for the role she performed as Harriet Tubman within WGN America's period-drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television announced that the show will continue for an additional season. Recently Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood movie Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set to release the middle of 2019. Her father Krishnaraj died in March 2017 after a lengthy stint as a scientist for the Indian Army. Vrinda, her mother, is a homemaker. Her older brother is Aditya Rai who works as a merchant navy engineer. His brother wrote and produced Dil Ka Rishta, along with his mom. Bachchan went to Arya Vidya Mandir High School located in Mumbai where her family had relocated. Her intermediate studies were completed through Jai Hind College for a year prior to enrolling in D.G. Ruparel College, Matunga. She scored 90% in her H.S.C. exams. The student spent the majority of her adolescence doing classical dance and studying music. Her favourite subject was Zoology. Bachchan had been in the process of studying architecture, was named Miss World in the year 1994. This was an honor that made Bachchan a star in the world of modeling. She also received an impressive contract with L'Oreal Paris as spokesmodel in 2003. Her roles were praised, including Iruvar (1997), and Aur Pyaar Ho Gaya (1997) the actress's acting career was off an excellent start. Bachchan turned into the face of New Bollywood with these films that challenged Bollywood's fundamental structure. Bachchan was made the Queen Of Bollywood because of her heartbreaking portrayal as Paro the character of a jilted love for the character of Paro in Devdas (2002) which is one of the most well-known Bollywood movies. Devdas also happened to be the very first Bollywood film that was screened at Cannes Film Festival. Following that she received great acclaim for her portrayal of Chokher Bali (2003) which is a dramatic thriller inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's novel. The same year, she served as the only Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival jury. Bachchan was in Bride and Prejudice, a dance and musical adaptation of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice by Gurinderchadha. It was at this point that Bachchan brought her star power and attractiveness to her first big English-language feature. After the film's release, Provoked: A True Story in English, she returned to Bollywood and was a part of the big-budget Dhoom: 2 (2007). Abhishek Bachchan was a regular actor, and was the son of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan. In April 2007, she tied the knot with him. It was a union of two powerful Bollywood personalities.
